What happens when you love books but have no time to read because you have to make art? You start doodling in your books…

An unexpected underlying theme of my long running series of Book Boys (or Book Marks) is circumcision. It’s always shocking to me when people very harshly state their preference cos I tend to think you should love the one you’re with. Let the foreskin or lack thereof be a surprise.

And I always feel bed for the guy that’s been circumcised, but their partner explicitly feels the need to state they prefer it the other way around. It’s like when you’re tall and skinny and your partner tells you they like short beefy guys.

Anyway – this is a topic that I never expected to have to talk about so much; what do you think?
